The launch of Fool Me plays host to an evening of eccentric song, sound toys and spoken word:
10pm Jules Rawlinson (Pixelmechanic) will sound-sculpt a glitched-out cut-up dub with Bupp!!, Boiingg & Blinkk
9.30pm Eilidh's Daily Ukulele Ceilidh always has time for a fine rhyme or three. Foolish songs sung to the delightful plinky-plunky sound of the bonsai guitar.
9pm Cath Hoffmann, one half of Molly and Me and absurd vocal performer, will be trapped into spluttering reluctant words, fragmented songs and messy slip ups in an attempt to be the scapegoat on April Fools day...
8.30pm The Tremenduloes, a duo, sing and play acoustically, quite quietly and not too fast. They sit down to play - sometimes they have to lean forward a bit.
Fool Me CD artists:
01 Shiori Usui
02 Joan La Barbara
03 Martin Parker
04 Zoë Irvine
05 Paul Rooney
06 Wounded Knee

A Fools in Print and New Media Scotland event:
Fools in Print is an artist-run press based in Scotland, edited by Lucy Keany. The press was established to show works by an international cast of artists and writers, working off the premise that each issue will shift both in brief and format.
Fool Me was commissioned for New Media Scotland's DRIFT audio art programme. New Media Scotland is a national development agency fostering artist and audience engagement with all forms of new media practice.
