Simon Groom lecture at Talbot Rice Gallery

'A Way of Life'
Dr Simon Groom, Director of Modern and Contemporary Art at the
National Galleries of Scotland

An opportunity to hear Simon Groom's ideas and plans for the Scottish
National Gallery of Modern Art. He has previously held posts
including Head of Exhibitions and Collections at Tate Liverpool and
Exhibitions Organiser for Kettle's Yard in Cambridge. He graduated
from the University of Edinburgh in 1989 with a First Class MA in
English Literature and went on to graduate from the Courtauld
Institute with an MA and a PhD in Art History. He joined the National
Galleries of Scotland in autumn 2007.

Wednesday 5 March at 7pm. This is a free event but booking is highly
