INTERVENTION/DECORATION CELEBRATION SATURDAY 17TH MAY

Dear All,

We'd be delighted if you like to join us for a day out in the country
to come and celebrate Intervention/Decoration, the ambitious inaugural
exhibition by Foreground, a new commissioning organisation dedicated
to bringing the best contemporary art to South West England through
dynamic curated projects.

Intervention/Decoration will interrupt the historic country town of
Frome, Somerset, with seven significant new contemporary art
commissions by a selection of internationally renowned and emerging
artists including Eva Berendes (Germany), Michael Dean (UK), Ruth Ewan
(UK), Jim Isermann (USA), Cornelia Parker (UK), Lawrence Weiner (USA)
and Richard Woods (UK). Please visit the website for full details.

For those of you travelling from London we are providing a cheap away
day coach. A return from London to Frome costs only £10.00 and will
leave from outside Tate Britain at 10.30am and return from Frome at
6.30pm, giving you plenty of time to see the seven commissions,
explore our beautiful town then join us for the party from 3pm.

Please email to book a seat. Seats are limited and allocated on a
first come first served basis, but will only be guaranteed on receipt
of payment of cheques made payable to Foreground Projects Ltd.

We hope we'll see you in Somerset soon.

Tabitha Clayson & Simon Morrissey
